I ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or reschedule of appointments within the 24 hour window or failure to attend will attract a fee of 100% of the appointment fee. 

For any cancellations outside of the 24 hour notice period, you will be refunded 100% of your appointment fee. Please be in contact via email to arrange this.

For any reschedules outside of the 24 hours notice period, your prepayment will be automatically transferred to the new appointment booking.
